So many great things to say about this NTB location! They quickly scheduled me for State Inspection, the whole process from drop off to pick up was a breeze, absolutely no ridiculous pushy sales of "auxiliary products", all straight to the point! Car will need front breaks soon and Dustin printed me a clear and fair estimate for the job. Overall, Dustin and his team took great care of me and I would honestly love this level of service to be a standard in the whole automotive industry! Great job and experience!

I couldn’t be any happier with my experience with NTB. Everyone is very knowledgeable and super helpful! Jesse is absolutely amazing!! He went above and beyond to help me with my new tires! if your looking for a place that is professional and friendly, this is the place. From the moment i walked in Dustin and Jesse assisted with everything i needed. Super knowledgeable and upfront and honest; and that’s the kinds of mechanic you want to deal with. They don’t push anything on you and will give you their honest opinion that suits you. I live in elizabeth and make it a point to come to them for all my car needs. Go check them out, I promise you won’t be disappointed!!

Jesse, Dustin, and the whole crew at this location are AMAZING. I ended up here unexpectedly due to a flat, with my pup in tow. They wholeheartedly welcomed my pup while going above and beyond to take care of my flat, all at the end of their day. They made the whole experience enjoyable. The best customer service I've experienced anywhere! They were lifesavers. This location gained a new customer. I'll definitely be back for everything I need. Thank you all!

Great service! Got me in and out same day for new tires. Dustin and Brett were the two the I dealt with and kept in contact with me on my vehicle and when it would be ready for pickup. I definitely will be back again when I need more service!

Jesse was super helpful and knowledgeable! I came in on the spot and he was able to accommodate my situation. He's got the mechanic background with a great personality for the customers. I felt right at home and I appreciate the dedication he naturally provided for me, especially with how busy he was.

Great experience! Easy to schedule an appointment online. When i got there Jimmy was extremely helpful and worked with me to stay in my budget but still get quality tires. Guys had me out in a timely manner. Never felt pressured. Thank you so much!

After having another shop tell me there was nothing wrong with my tire, I decided to try NTB. I called and they told me they would be happy to help the same day. Jesse and Dustin were very personable and knowledgeable. They were able to find that the sensor had a break in it. In and out with professional service. Big thanks to the whole crew working today. I’ll be using them for all my vehicles from now on.
